FRIDAY'S SCHEDULE:
3:00pm - 7:30pm Convention check-in will begin around 3pm and end around 7:30pm in the Horse Brutality Suite!
8:00pm - 12:00am Party at the "12th Air Command"

THE PARTIES: There will be two separate parties on Friday, and then one big combined party! Here's the deal:
Party #1 will be at the 12th Air Command, the party will begin at 8pm and end around 11:30-12am or so. , we have the top two floors reserved for the occasion! we are having some live preshow numbers at the 12th Air Command on friday night (Oct 18th). These will be non-Rocky Horror related preshows, as many of the people attending will not be able to get into the 12th Air due to the age limits, as we do not want to cut anyone out of seeing the RH preshows. So-we will be doing non-RH related numbers at the 12th Air. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? If you are attending the con, and would like to do a little something on fri night at the club, just let us know. Here are what we have so far:
8Th Street Playhouse legend and all-around wacky guy Perre Poley will be doing his famous "I Love Lucy/ Vita-vi-ta vegimins" act as well as a few Cher, Stevie Nicks, and Marylin Monroe numbers, as well as a magic act and a few other goodies.
The club is 21 to enter and drink, which leads us to...
Party #2 will be at hospitality suite. This is for those who are too young for the club, or for those that would rather just stay at the hotel. this party will begin about 8, and EVERYONE is welcome. There will be munchies and liquid and party-favors and such, but its also BYOB for those that get there too late for the beer or who want to drink something we may not have.
Everyone from Party #1 will go to Party #2 after #1 is over, so we will all be together no matter what by the end of the night. (first person to vomit gets a "I was the first person to vomit at the Philly con" t shirt).
SATURDAY'S SCHEDULE:
12:00 Doors open for the sat events at noon with an hour or so of vendor tables. Have a blast shopping around at Sal's table, or checking out the Rocky Horror t shirts, the Crazed Imaginations table, Donny O'Brian and the Shocky treatment Networks Shock Treatment collection, and more.
12:30 Rocky horror Trivial Pursuit contest! First person to get three pegs wins!
1:00 Opening anouncements, a word or two from Official RHPS Fan Club President Sal Piro, and Shock Treatment with live cast.
3:00 Special Guests Nell "Columbia" Campbell will grace us with a question and answer and autograph session.
Note: As was the case with the last two conventions that Nell appeared at, she can't tell us for sure if she can attend until a week or so before the con.People who are planning on coming to the con ONLY to see Nell may want to wait until we have a solid answer from her before purchasing tickets.)
4:30 Rocky Horror Forum:ask the guest panel anything from "how to start a cast' to topics like drug abuse, dating between cast members, costumes, and other cast issues.
6:00 Break for dinner
7:00 doors reopen
7:30 Costume contest, preshows, Sals raffle,Rocky Horror with full cast, then back to the hotel for the "after the con" party!
"HAM IT UP" COSTUME CONTEST: Each contestant is invited to "Ham It Up" a bit, and do a short bit something from the film! If you are a Columbia in her pj's, feel free to bitch to the crowd with your best "your like a sponge, you take take take and drain other's of their love and emotions..." If you are a Rocky, bring up some weight's and show us some beefcake! If you are a Riff...well, stand there and look spooky. But, above all...HAM IT UP!
Note: Hamming it up isn't required, but it IS fun. Those who wish to show off a costume in quiet dignity are invited to do so. :)
Costume categories will be:
Rocky Horror: Frank, Brad, Janet, Riff, Magenta, Columbia, Eddie, Rocky, Dr.Scott, Criminologist, Transylvanian
Shock Treatment: Best 3 Shock Treatment costumes, open to all characters from the film.
PRESHOWS: Attending casts or individuals or small groups are invited to do a preshow or two for us. Please e mail us for details. Live numbers can be Rocky-related or not.
WILD CARD: We know that there are often people with great costumes, sometimes Rocky Horror related, sometimes not, but always great to see. So the WILD CARD category was made for these people, so if you have a wild and funky costume, enter the contest and show us what ya got!
OPEN ROCKY HORROR FORUM: A panel of guest speakers, ranging from long time fans and cast members to newer people, will sit in a panel and take questions from the audience. The person asking a question may also say how he or she feels, and then the panel will float the question around and give us a few points of view. Questions can be fun or serious, and range from questions about costumes and requirements to be on cast to drug abuse in the show to when should someone be thrown out, or anything else that comes to mind.
If YOU would like to be on the panel, please let us know.
VENDOR TABLES: We will have a lot of vendor tables, selling al kinds of Rocky Horror stuff! So far we will have Sal Piro and his wide range of Rocky Horror goodies, Bev Gerrish of Absolute pleasure t shirts with all her RHPS and St shirts, and Donny O'Brien from the Shock Treatment network will have a display table FULL of his Shocky stuff!
If you would like a vendor table, please e mail us. Vendor tables will have a slight charge, display tables or anyone that wants to show off a collection, artwork, or whatever) but sell anything are FREE.
